What Can You Do?

• Update your OS: Ensure your device runs the latest operating system version.

• Check device specifications: Confirm your device meets the minimum requirements.

• Make sure Subway Surfers City is updated to the latest version. Use only the official Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

• Close all other apps working in the background.

• Lower your game Graphics: go to the game Settings in the upper right corner of the game main screen and Toggle OFF ‘Use Recommended Settings’. Now you can change Graphics settings to ‘Low’

• Clear cache. You can do only on Android:

- Open device Settings

-  Tap on 'Apps'

- Find Subway Surfers and tap to open

- Tap on 'Storage'

- Choose 'Clear Cache'
