Requesting the copy of your Data

  1. Hit the ‘Chat with us’ button below.

  2. Pick the right option from the list ‘Delete my account/GDPR’.

  3. Once we have everything we need, we’ll get your data ready to send your way within 30 days.

Deleting your Data

  1. Use the ‘Delete My Data’ button in the game’s Settings

  2. We’ll process your request within 2 days. Easy peasy!

Heads-Up!Deleting your data is final and cannot be undone, so be sure before hitting that button!

For our younger Surfers (under 13 years old)In line with COPPA, your data is stored locally on your device. If you or your parents want to remove all data, simply uninstalling the game will do the trick.
