In case a purchase has been made without your consent, please follow the instruction below.
For iPhone users:
Unfortunately, we cannot track the purchase from AppStore, and thus cannot issue any refund for the purchases on the iOS platform. Apple is in charge of its own App Store and handles the refunds directly. To request a refund for your in-app purchase, please contact Apple by emailing itunesstoresupport@apple.com.
You can also report a purchase problem to Apple by following these steps:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
- Enter the Apple ID and password that you used to buy the item, then choose Sign In
- Choose Report a Problem next to the item that you need help with
- Choose your problem from the menu
- Follow the onscreen steps.

For Android users:
If you are an Android user, list all GPA codes for transactions sent to the email address associated with your Google Account and leave a request for our support team by 'chatting with us' below. Once we have the receipt for the purchase, we will be happy to look into it further.
Please find a guide on how to find purchase receipts if you lost them or deleted them from your email inbox:
- Go to pay.google.com
- Tap on each order to open details (so you can see the GPA code)
- Write all of your GPA codes in your message to us.
