Missing a purchase? We need three things from you to find it:

  • Explanation. This will help us avoid similar issues in the future. What happened right after you made a purchase or while making a purchase?
  • Receipt. Even if you cannot find it, you can simply write to Google Play or App Store help center and ask for a copy.
  • Your account’s ID. Without it, we won’t be able to send items back to you. Usually, it’s enough o write to us from the game.
