If you didn’t receive your purchase, we’re here to help! First, close and open your game (make sure it’s not running in the background).
If the item is still missing, please contact us by clicking on the 'Contact us' button below and attaching your transaction receipt to the message. You can find the transaction receipt this way:
Android User:
- Go to pay.google.com
- Tap on the order to open details (so you can see the GPA code)
- Get the GPA code of your missing purchase (GPA.xxxx.xxxx.xxxx.xxxxx)
iOS User:
Check if your Apple transaction is still not 'pending'.
- On your device, open the App Store.
- Select the profile icon in the top right.
- Select your name, you may need to use Touch ID or enter your passcode to authenticate.
- Select Purchase History.
- Find and select the purchase you want to look at in the list.
