WiFi 

Sometimes it’s enough to turn off the router that provides the internet for 5 minutes. Give it a try! Make sure also to close the game. 

Most routers need at least a few minutes to start working again after turning it on. 

Let’s take a look at your device:

• Check if you’re connected to said router
• Make sure that WiFi is turned on

Mobile Internet/ Mobile Data/ Cellular Data

In your device’s settings check if the mobile internet is ON. 

If it’s on, but you still experience issues, ensure you still have data available to use. Most of the mobile internet plans refresh each month. 

Some devices allow you to block internet access to a certain application/game. 

Check your game’s settings in your device’s settings. Most of them should be located in the App Manager of some sort. The name might be different (for each Android), due to the extensive customization that each manufacturer makes.
