What makes a player inactive?
You will be considered inactive if you have not logged into the game for 30 days. If you are nearing 30 days of inactivity, you will be sent a notification asking you to log back into the game within the week. If you have not logged back in you will be considered inactive and unfortunately removed from your current Crew.

Note: If you have disabled notifications for Subway Surfer Blast on your device you would not have received the message.

Why was I removed from my team?
Players who are inactive for 30 days or more will be removed from their Crew. This was done to encourage all Crew members to participate actively in either the chat or events.

How can I prevent myself from being removed from my Team?
You will only be removed from a Crew if you have been inactive for 30 days or if your Crew leader has opted to remove you. We recommend that you log in regularly and play levels, you can also help your Crew by sending lives.

Will I lose my game progress if I am inactive?
No, you will not lose any progress in the game. You will be removed from your Crew if you have been inactive for 30 days or more. You will however not lose any progress in your game. If the Crew was participating in an event, you will not be entitled to the prizes after your removal. You can however still join another team once you have started playing again.

What would happen if my Crew leader is inactive?
If your Crew leader has been removed due to inactivity, the next highest-ranked active player in the Crew will be made leader.

If you are a Crew leader and were removed from your Crew we will not be able to restore you as the leader. To avoid being removed from the Crew it is best to keep your account active by logging into the game regularly.

How often will you remove inactive players?
We will regularly remove players who are inactive for 30 days or more.
