• The Double Coins feature is not working

Status: Our team is already working on a fix and should be ready soon. In the meantime, please try to tap the 'Restore purchase' button under the game Settings. In some cases, it may help.

• "Coin Counter" completion notification

Status: The next patch should fix this. 

• No connection, unable to watch ads. Players from Saudi Arabia, Great Britain and the UAE may spot this problem.

Status: Our team is investigating the problem.  

• The multiplier does not add up correctly. Missing 5x permanent multiplier. The multiplier unlocked through Collections is not added.

Status: Restart your game, it should solve the problem :) If you still can't see the multiplier added up collectly notify us!
