Need help to figure out where your User ID is?
Please follow the steps to get it:
- Tap the Settings icon on the home screen (the gear in the upper right corner of the screen)
- From there, you should tap the number in the bottom right corner, corresponding to your current game version. You should now see a notification saying Copied Info To Clipboard.
- Paste the account info into your email to us.
If you have been asked to copy the detailed content information (content hash), you need to tap and hold your finger on the game version for about 5 seconds.
