My device is incompatible with the game. Why?

Subway Surfers v. 2.0 and higher only supports Android, iOS, and Amazon devices.

The minimum requirements are as follows:

iOS

• iOS 12 or later

Android

• Android OS 5.1 or later
• more than 768 MB RAM

Amazon Kindle

• Fire OS 5 or later

If you cannot install or open the game, please update your Operating System (Android OS, iOS) or play on another supported device.

Note: Huawei devices released after 15th May 2019 don't have access to Google Mobile Services (read here). We suggest you use the original Google Play site/store to successfully update and save your game progress. 

The support for HP Chromebook has been recently stopped, and Subway Surfers is no longer available on this device's Google Play store.
