If your child bought items in the game without you knowing or allowing them, you still have several options for handling it.
Unfortunately, we cannot track the purchase from AppStore, and thus cannot issue any refund for the purchases on the iOS platform. Apple is in charge of its own App Store and handles the refunds directly. To request a refund for your in-app purchase, please email Apple at itunesstoresupport@apple.com.
You can also report a purchase problem to Apple by following these steps:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
- Enter the Apple ID and password that you used to buy the item, then choose Sign In
- Choose Report a Problem next to the item that you need help with
- Choose your problem from the menu
- Follow the onscreen steps.
