Looters are the Goons who carry treasures of Coins or Essence on their back.

They can be defeated with the Roll attack, Side attack and Stomp attack.   

After summoning the Pet, you will be able to shoot Looters with different types of projectiles. Some of them will inflict damage to multiple Enemies.
